Fabrication of ear prosthesis

Abstract

This article presents an outline of the fabricative procedure in constructing an ear prosthesis employing a three-piece stone mold for processing silicone rubber. The critical steps are emphasized in making the impression, sculpturing, and processing procedures to insure the quality of the prosthetic replacement.
