Physical examination revealed a soft non-tender mass involving the whole of the left breast. Radiological investigations further established the presence of multiple well-defined lobulated multiseptated and cystic fluid-containing lesions involving the entire left breast and extending to the axillary tail. Successful surgical excision was performed. The patient made a good recovery without any signs of recurrence.
