AB The management of choledocholithiasis in pregnancy can present a challenge due to radiation risk to the fetus and the possibility of severe maternal pancreatitis. We describe a case in which both these risks were avoided using a trans-cystic stent placed under endoscopic guidance during laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
