AB Ureteral calcification is a rare complication of systemic vasculitis. Bilateral ureteral calcification in a patient with eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangitis led to obstructive uropathy. A combination of immunosuppressive therapy and ureteral reconstruction successfully restored kidney function.
