This article reports a case of severe involvement of multiple coronary arteries in a young woman. She was treated with coronary artery bypass grafting and had an early venous graft stenosis despite immunosuppressants. She became asymptomatic one year after a drug-eluting stent placement. This report shows the complexity of the diagnostic and therapeutic approach to TA with complex CAD.
