Paraneoplastic NMOSD in association with adenocarcinoma of ovary has not been described yet. We present a case of paraneoplastic NMOSD in association with carcinoma ovary which improved following appropriate immunomodulation with pulse intravenous methylprednisolone and azathioprine.
