AB The distinction between true anaphylaxis and conditions that mimic it can be challenging. We present the unique case of a 23-year-old woman treated for recurrent episodes of anaphylaxis over the course of 11 years and the subsequent discovery of an unlikely condition. We also discuss our approach in managing cases where an anaphylactic mimic is suspected.
