Because of its rarity, a thorough description of its clinical manifestations is lacking. Herein, we describe the clinical manifestations and imaging features, especially the enthesopathy in bilateral Achilles tendons, of a middle-aged Asian woman with SAPHO syndrome, who improved after diclofenac treatment.
