Hypersensitivity reactions to NSAIDs, although not rare, are poorly characterised and often go undiagnosed especially in children. We present in this paper a case of ibuprofen anaphylaxis that exemplifies the challenges involved in diagnosis and management of hypersensitivity reactions to NSAIDs.
