AB  - Radiotherapy when used in head and neck cancer treatment can produce side effects in patients such as the trismus. If allowed to progress trismus can become so severe that the patient becomes debilitated due to lack of nutrition. Furthermore, trismus and limited oral access present a challenge to the clinician for dental treatment. This article describes a simple and cost-effective appliance for management of trismus.
