The dilemma the authors faced as a result of spontaneous abortion of one of the triplet was due to rupture of membranes, the remaining twins were at risk of demise. At caesarean section, the patient had severe placenta accreta and torrential haemorrhage that was managed with a Bakri balloon. ER -
