On examination, there was a well circumscribed, pulsatile lump within the axilla. Subsequent imaging revealed an axillary artery aneurysm with thrombus within. Subsequent surgical repair was undertaken. Subsequent histological examination of the vessel revealed features characteristic of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. ER -
