Initially a diagnosis of infectious sacroiliitis of the left sacroiliac joint was suspected, but following investigation a pain referable to the sacroiliac joint was suspected. The patient recovered with a combination of antibiotics for the pelvic abscess and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.}, URL = {https://casereports.bmj.com/content/2009/bcr.06.2009.1934}, eprint = {https://casereports.bmj.com/content}, journal = {Case Reports} }
