the clinical diagnosis of a partially reducible umblical hernia was absolutely correct. Most interesting findings were lump in the mesentry which histologically proved to be benign fibromotas- extremely rare.Lesson to learn -always examine the contents of hernia meticulously,no matter even if the sac is empty.
