Description

A 68-year-old man with type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension and history of laryngeal cancer surgery with tracheostomy was operated on in 1993 and right chest rib chondrosarcoma surgery was performed in 1997. The patient presented with fever and acute right sided hypochondrium pain. Lung examination showed decreased breath sounds over the right posterior of the lower chest.
